Panel Beater
We are seeking a Panel Beater at our Moorside site.
What this role involves:
- Repairing damaged vehicle panels to restore them to their original condition
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to deliver top-quality repairs
- Collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Working in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Spot welding and utilizing MIG brazier and MIG welding techniques
- Bonding and riveting panels to ensure proper structural integrity
- Cutting off damaged panels and fitting replacement panels using appropriate tools and techniques
The skills you will need:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in an automotive repair environments, or a keen desire to learn
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- Any additional qualifications or certifications in panel beating or related fields are an advantage
- Familiarity with industry tools and equipment for panel repairs
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Excellent team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workshop setting
