Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Repair and Refurbishment

For a true kerb appeal why not ask us about our specialist diamond cut alloy wheel repair and refinishing service?

Diamond cut wheels are becoming increasingly popular with both car manufacturers and aftermarket purchasers. Diamond cutting is a very precise process that involves removing a thin layer of alloy from the face of the wheel using specialist lathing equipment. This leaves a shiny alloy finish, which can then be simply lacquered, or painted and then lacquered, to prevent corrosion. When combined with a contrasting base coat paint this can produce some truly stunning finishes.

With investment in state-of-the-art lathing equipment, backed up by specialist painting and finishing processes, our highly skilled team of wheel refurbishment specialists are able to guarantee the highest quality finish and a fast turnaround time.

Alloy wheels can typically be diamond cut no more than two or three times, and some types of wheel may not be suitable. Our specialist wheel technicians take safety seriously and will be happy to advise. We can also discuss the range of finishes we can achieve.
