What this role involves:
- Liaising with customers in person and over the phone
- Liaising with work providers and updating on-line systems
- Updating and loading information into the body shop management system
- Booking in customers for estimates and repairs
- Arranging the collection and delivery of customers vehicles and courtesy vehicles
- Checking in and out both customer and courtesy vehicles
- Process payment of customer’s policy excess and VAT where applicable
- Handing over completed vehicles and paperwork to customers
