Workshop Controller
We are seeking a Workshop Controller at our Moorside site.
What this role involves:
- Coordinate and manage the workflow in the car repair workshop to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Assign tasks and allocate resources to productive staff members, ensuring their skills and expertise are utilized effectively
- Monitor the progress of repairs, ensuring that daily targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records of work in progress, ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and other team members to streamline the repair process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet the highest standards of Balgores Motors
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact productivity or workflow
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic workshop environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

- Familiarity with workshop management systems and tools is desirable
